Booking for events can now only be done here by clicking the calendar button. This is in order to allocate places on a first come first served basis. A maximum of TWO people can book on the one form. Each member can only book once. If you wish to add more people to your booking, please use the Contact page to ask Events and provide their names and member numbers (if they are members).

If you are booking for more than one person, enter their name and member number if appropriate.

The box at the bottom of the form is for entering choices, such as menu, pick-up points, or other relevant required information, but only if such options are shown. Once completed, click Submit and you will be sent an email confirming the status of your booking.

CHRISTMAS CHEER EVENT

This year we will be holding our annual Christmas event at the Leonard Cheshire Homes premises in Bellapais Road.  This is because we have now outgrown the venue we have held our past Christmas events (St Andrews Church Hall) and in order to accommodate the increased numbers of attendees we are working with the Cheshire Homes charity.

These premises will allow us to increase the number of stall-holders for the 'craft market' and this also provides us with a separate room containing a stage to allow the Christmas carols to be performed in a specific area for those who wish to join in.

The event will be held on Saturday 7th December between 11am and 1pm and will include our usual offering of traditional Mince Pies and Sausage Rolls with some Mulled Wine to wash them down!

We will be contacting our previous 'stall-holders' but if some of you wish to take part with your own or your Charity's wares then please contact us at events@brstrnc.com and we can give you more information.  We will be asking for a small donation (200tl) for the Cheshire Homes charity.

We will, as usual, be renewing members subscriptions or if you are joining via the website we will gladly assist!

To ensure we have sufficient Mince Pies/Sausage Rolls and Mulled Wine we would ask you to use the website to register your attendance.  Simply go to the website, login then click on Events/Christmas Cheer then click on the calendar logo to enter your details onto the booking form.

GALA BALL

We shall be holding our 50th Anniversary Gala Ball on Sunday 15th June 2025, at Les Ambassadeurs Hotel, Girne between 7pm and Midnight.

As it is our 50th anniversary we will be charging members £50, with non-members £60.  This is a fantastic price for what will be a memorable evening.

This includes a fantastic four course meal, with ALL drinks included.  These are branded drinks not local fare!

We have invited X Factor finalist, Michelle Lawson to travel from the UK to entertain you, and she will be supported by both Rachel Saunby and DJ Ozzie to make the evening sparkle!

We will be arranging transport at a reasonable cost, and for those who wish to stay over the hotel has offered rooms at a discounted price. (Details of both will be available on application to events@brstrnc.com)

TO BOOK you can either -

DRESS CODE

The dress code for the Gala will be Black Tie/Lounge Suits for men and Ball Gowns/Cocktail Dresses or other suitable expensive outfits (of course) for the ladies!
