The BRS Legal Advisor, Peyman Erginel has kindly offered to deliver a presentation to our members on both the new Property Law and outstanding Residency issues.
This will be held will be at the Auditorium at Arucad, Girne (at the rear of the House/Garden) between 10am and 12 noon on Saturday 28th September.2024.
Due to the number of spaces available, this will be a strictly Members Only event.
Refreshments can be purchased, by attendees, from the Arucad Café which is situated in the Auditorium foyer which they will open prior to the presentation.
In order to ensure the maximum benefit of the time allowed, we would ask any members that have a question to submit these by email to president@brstrnc.com, by 21st September latest, so we may prevent any repetition.
Further details will be circulated nearer the time.
You will need to register for this event using the Event Booking system. It will be first come, first served as places are limited. Please take your membership cards with you.

This year we welcome our members to the British Residents Society 'End Of Summer BBQ' which will be hosted at The Grand Pasha Hotel in Karakum, Girne on the Rooftop Terrace. The price of admission will include the meal, drinks (as specified on the menu) and live entertainment to make this a truly memorable event.
When: Sunday 6th October 2024
Time: 7.00 pm till 12 midnight.
The cost will be 50 Euros for the evening including meal & drinks.
The dress code for this event will be smart casual attire please
This event will not include transport.
Please ensure that you attend your local clinic before the closing date (14th September) and make payment in the correct amount of Euro notes. We will not be able to provide change at our clinics.
To see the full menu click here. As the event title alludes to this is a Barbeque and the vegetarian options may be limited. We have checked that they are able to provide allergy-free meals, if required, but this must be made clear at the time of booking (under 'options')

Due to the limited number of places at this popular venue we are welcoming members only, however, if you wish to bring guests, we ask that they join the Society for the small sum of of 100tl.
Bookings will close on 14th September, by which time payments in full MUST have been made. Members not paying by the deadline will be removed from the Event list and those on the 'waiting list' will be contacted and invited to attend in their place.
