APPOINTMENTS ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT IN LEFKOSA
Appointments must now be pre-booked online for attending the Interior Ministry in relation to all matters handled by the Interior Ministry, including Residency Visa or Permission to Purchase issues.
The link to the booking form for making your appointment, which also has an option for selecting the English language is

Then select the third option, which is Ikamet Islemleri - Residency Procedures, if attending for all Residency Visa issues
